Keep this many biscuits ready
- Keep many biscuits ready. Put chocolate and butter in a bowl and put it in a microwave oven for a minute.
- Add icing sugar to the bowl, mix it well with spoon or hand blender. If you are using a hand blender, mix it for 2-3 minutes.
- Turn on the gas burner and keep a medium sized pan on it.
- Spread some water on the lower side of the biscuit wrapper and keep it on the pan for about 30 seconds or till it becomes soft and pliable.
- Keep one biscuit on one side of the wrapper and spread some chocolate mixture over it.
- Place another biscuit over the chocolate mixture and press both biscuits together gently so that they stick to each other.
Mix the mixture in warm milk
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of Oreo biscuits (32 biscuits)
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted (and cooled off)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted.
Procedure
- Crush the Oreo biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Add melted butter and mix well. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or plastic wrap, and spread half the biscuit mixture evenly across the tray.
- Press with your fingers or the bottom of a glass to pack it down. Set in the refrigerator to chill while you make the filling.

- Top with the rest of the biscuit crumbs and press down firmly again, to cover all of the filling.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours before cutting into squares and serving.
